Trashbook was born out of a dissatisfaction for the personal work I was creating. So I pressed the reset button — I grabbed a cheap coffee-stained sketchbook, scrounged up a few pencils from my bottom drawer, and allowed myself the space to create without any goal in mind or any pressure to produce a ‘perfect’ work of art.
The result? A series completely different than anything I’d ever created in the past, experimenting with gradients, abstractions, and organic forms.
